You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Enjoy 30-day hassle-free returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Returned because of a quality issue, or because you changed your mind and the item meets the unused condition above.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is usually the fastest way to receive the replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a quality issue or our error: we cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is due to customer remorse (you changed your mind): you are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may use a carrier of your choice. We do not charge a restocking fee or reshipping fee.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@kiwicosale.lol within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm whether the item is eligible and, if applicable, send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the return address below.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refund Timing
Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not charge a reshipping fee. The only possible cost to you is the return shipping cost in a customer-remorse return.
