How the Referral Program Works
- Share kiwicosale.lol with a friend.
- Your friend places an order on our website.
- After the order is confirmed and shipped, the referral is recorded.
- If the referral meets the conditions below, you receive the referral reward.
Referral Reward
The referral reward is a store credit applied to your account or a discount code sent to your email. The exact reward amount is shown on the referral page or in the referral email you receive. The reward is issued after the referred order has shipped and is not canceled or returned.
Conditions for a Valid Referral
A referral is valid when:
- The referred person is a new customer who has not previously placed an order at lilkiwicosale.
- The referred person uses your referral link or referral code at checkout.
- The referred order is completed and shipped.
- The referred order is not canceled, returned, or refunded.
Referral Limits
- You may refer as many friends as you like, but rewards are issued only for valid referrals that meet the conditions above.
- Self-referrals are not allowed. You cannot refer yourself or use your own referral code on your own order.
- Duplicate accounts, fake orders, or attempts to manipulate the program will result in the referral reward being canceled.
When Rewards Are Issued
Referral rewards are issued after the referred order has shipped. If the referred order is returned or canceled, the reward is not issued. If a reward was already issued and the order is later returned or canceled, we may reverse the reward.
How to Use Your Reward
Store credit is applied to your account and can be used at checkout. Discount codes are entered at checkout in the discount code field. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards cannot be combined with certain other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Changes to the Referral Program
We may update the referral program, including reward amounts and conditions, at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Referrals made before a change will be honored under the rules in effect at the time of the referral.
